Senzati.
The World’s Most
Certified Luxury V-Class.
Invisible Online.
Senzati® is, by every measurable standard, the most credentialled luxury V-Class manufacturer in the UK. Founded in 2013, operating from Thruxton Airport in Hampshire, they hold the only dual accreditation of Mercedes-Benz Approval and European Whole Vehicle Type Approval in the sector. Their Jet Class range starts from £105,908 + VAT. Their entry-level Exclusive XL starts from £83,329 + VAT. Every vehicle is crash-tested, EMC-certified and built on a brand-new, unregistered Mercedes-Benz V300 chassis.
The product is exceptional. The digital presence is not. A business manufacturing vehicles at this price point — selling into a global market of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporate fleet buyers, chauffeur companies and international customers — is almost entirely invisible online outside of its own brand name.
This proposal sets out how Alpha360 would build and operate a complete digital revenue system for Senzati — capturing high-intent search traffic, converting visitors into qualified enquiries, and nurturing those enquiries into confirmed orders. Every element is designed to respect and reinforce Senzati’s premium positioning. There will be no discounting, no volume messaging, no compromise on brand.

About Senzati®
Senzati Limited was established in 2013 with a singular mission: to partner exclusively with Mercedes-Benz in the creation of the world’s finest bespoke people carriers. Based at Hangar 2, Thruxton Airport, the company operates as a registered Vehicle Manufacturer — not a converter or modifier. This distinction is commercially and legally significant.
Their range centres on the Mercedes-Benz V300 AMG Extra Long chassis. The flagship Jet Class product line — comprising Business, Business Plus, Jet Spec and the newly introduced 2026 Club Class — represents the absolute pinnacle of what the V-Class platform can become. Features include a world-first floating centre console, fibre-optic starlight headlining, privacy partition with intercom, 11-speaker AV systems, crystal glassware cabinets, bespoke refrigeration and a panoramic double-glazed sunroof.
The company offers six languages on its website (English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Russian) reflecting an international buyer base. A 3D tour and online configurator are live. Finance at 5.9% is available on new Jet Class models. They hold chassis in stock with delivery in as little as six weeks.
The Market
| Buyer Type | Profile | Decision Driver | Price Sensitivity |
|---|---|---|---|
| UHNWI — Private | High-net-worth individual, family transport, discretion required | Status, safety, bespoke specification | None |
| Corporate Fleet | FTSE-listed or private firm, executive transport, CEO/board use | Safety certification, reliability, professionalism | Low |
| Chauffeur Company | Premium top-end operator, London and regional | Build quality, residual values, client impressions | Moderate |
| International Buyer | Middle East, Europe — imported vehicles | Brand prestige, specification options, certification | Very Low |
Post-pandemic demand for private exclusive travel accelerated dramatically. The chauffeur market’s shift away from traditional saloons toward premium V-Class vehicles has created a new ecosystem of operators who need to own their flagship vehicles. Meanwhile, growing UHNWI populations in the UK and internationally — combined with a cultural shift toward discretion over ostentation — continues to drive demand at the top end.
Mercedes-Benz is actively developing the luxury MPV segment: the incoming VLS (“an S-Class van”) will validate and grow the entire category. This is a rising tide. Competitors like Driven (Landjet) and AC13 Premier have taken significant market share through more aggressive digital marketing at lower price points. Neither holds Senzati’s certification. The gap between Senzati’s product quality and its digital visibility is the core commercial problem — and the core opportunity.
What We Found
Senzati’s website at senzati.com is a functional but underperforming digital asset. It conveys the product visually, provides pricing, offers a configurator and 3D tours — features many competitors don’t have. However, across every measurable dimension of digital marketing performance, it is leaving significant revenue on the table.
The Critical Gap
The most significant finding is the complete absence of paid search activity. For a product priced between £83,000 and £150,000+, where a single conversion is worth six figures and the buyer journey begins overwhelmingly with a Google search, not running Google Ads is equivalent to closing the showroom door. Every potential buyer searching “luxury Mercedes V Class UK” is finding competitors — not Senzati.
Who Senzati is Up Against
The UK luxury V-Class conversion market has grown rapidly since the pandemic. Senzati remains the clear technical and certification leader, but several competitors have built stronger digital footprints and are capturing buyers who haven’t yet discovered Senzati.
Targeted the chauffeur sector aggressively during and after the pandemic. Uses lower-cost materials than Senzati but built brand recognition fast. Allows customers to bring their own V-Class for conversion.
No MB ApprovalNo EU Type ApprovalStrong digital presenceNottingham-based operator. ISO accredited but not to Senzati’s certification level. Prices from approximately £79k. Targets both trade and private buyers.
Lower certificationISO AccreditedLower entry priceKnown primarily for American car imports, expanding into V-Class conversions. Still building reputation in the segment.
New to segmentDealer networkGerman manufacturer producing ultra-luxury conversions. Comparable pricing but no Mercedes-Benz UK approval. Strong in continental Europe and Middle East.
No UK MB ApprovalStrong EU presenceMercedes-Benz has never produced a Maybach V-Class. Operators selling uncertified, used-vehicle conversions under this misleading branding compete on price and misrepresentation.
UncertifiedSafety riskMisleading brandingThe Lexus LM starts around £90k. The incoming Mercedes VLE/VLS will expand this category. These are factory vehicles — they lack the bespoke element that is Senzati’s core proposition.
Factory warrantyNot bespokeSenzati’s Unassailable Position
The single most powerful commercial asset Senzati possesses — one no competitor can replicate without a multi-year certification process — is the dual Mercedes-Benz Approval and European Whole Vehicle Type Approval. When a buyer understands what this means (crash-tested, EMC-certified, manufactured to the same standards as a factory-built Mercedes), the decision effectively makes itself.
How Senzati’s Buyers Search
Across the full keyword set, total measurable UK search volume sits at under 2,000 searches per month. This is not a weakness — it is the defining characteristic of an ultra-niche luxury market. Low volume means low competition, which means very low CPCs. Real bid data from Google Keyword Planner shows top-of-page bids ranging from £0.62 to £2.06. For a product worth £120,000, a £1.50 click is essentially free customer acquisition.
- Most keywords show suppressed volume (<10/month) — this does not mean zero. Real buyers are still searching; the market simply doesn’t generate the volume of a commodity product. At £120,000 per vehicle, it doesn’t need to.
- Verified CPCs of £0.62–£2.06 — confirmed directly from Keyword Planner. This is exceptionally cheap for a product at this price point. In comparable B2B sectors, CPCs of £15–£40 are normal.
- Driven Landjet is the highest-volume term at 590 searches/month — growing 126% year-on-year. This is the single biggest conquesting opportunity: intercept that traffic with Senzati’s certification story before they make a decision.
- Senzati brand terms account for 740 searches/month — healthy brand awareness, but the growth opportunity lies entirely in non-brand terms where Senzati currently has no presence.
- The economics are extraordinary. At £1.50 average CPC, capturing 200 clicks costs £300. If 1.8% enquire and 22% close, that is £120,000 in revenue from £300 of ad spend.

International Keyword Opportunity
There is currently no paid search activity in any international market. Running campaigns in UAE and Germany alone would open entirely new revenue channels that no UK competitor is contesting.
| Market | Language | Opportunity | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE / GCC | Arabic + English | ★★★★★ | Highest per-vehicle spend globally; Mercedes prestige very strong; discretion valued |
| Germany / Austria | German | ★★★★☆ | KLASSEN is local competitor but Senzati’s MB Approval is a strong differentiator |
| France / Belgium | French | ★★★☆☆ | Growing chauffeur sector; limited bespoke conversion supply in market |
| Netherlands | Dutch | ★★★☆☆ | High per-capita income; existing Dutch language version live on site |
The Numbers

What We Build and How It Works
The Alpha360 Growth System for Senzati is not a collection of loosely connected marketing activities. It is a single integrated revenue engine with one purpose: connecting the right buyers with the world’s most certified luxury V-Class manufacturer at the moment they are ready to buy. Every component connects. Ads drive traffic to dedicated landing pages. Landing pages capture enquiries and trigger CRM automations. CRM nurtures leads through the consideration cycle. Reporting shows exactly which activity is generating revenue.
- Search campaigns targeting all Tier 1 and Tier 2 keywords with bespoke ad copy for each audience segment — private buyer, corporate fleet, chauffeur company
- Negative keyword lists from day one — excluding “hire”, “rent”, “cheap”, “affordable”, “discount” to ensure spend reaches only purchase-intent audiences
- Audience layering using Google’s in-market segments for luxury automotive buyers, HNWI indicators and Mercedes-Benz owner data
- Remarketing campaigns targeting configurator users, gallery browsers and video viewers — the warmest possible audience outside of direct enquiries
- International campaigns in UAE (English/Arabic) and Germany as Phase 2 — markets with zero current Senzati digital presence
- Competitor conquesting — appearing on searches for Landjet, AC13 and “Maybach V Class” with a clear certification-led counter-message
- Private Buyer page — focused on bespoke specification, privacy, lifestyle. CTAs around booking a viewing or requesting a brochure
- Corporate Fleet page — safety certification front and centre, executive transport messaging, fleet enquiry CTA
- Chauffeur Company page — residual values, build quality, client impressions, trade pricing CTA
- International Buyer page — export credentials, shipping options, specification flexibility
- Safety & Certification hub — a standalone page addressing “Maybach V-Class” confusion. This page is a conversion machine for comparison-intent searches
- Instant follow-up — automated SMS and email fires within 5 minutes of enquiry, personalised with name, enquiry type and model of interest
- 12-week nurture sequence — automated emails delivering certification explainers, vehicle walkthroughs, specification guides and finance information
- Pipeline management — every lead tracked from first contact through viewing, specification, finance approval and delivery
- Configurator integration — when a prospect saves a configuration, the system captures their specification and triggers follow-up referencing exactly what they built
- Technical SEO foundation — site speed, mobile performance, structured data, Core Web Vitals and crawlability audit and fix in month one
- Content calendar — 4 pieces per month: buyer guides, comparison articles, specification deep-dives, certification explainers
- “Why Senzati” content cluster — articles targeting comparison searches (vs Landjet, vs AC13, vs Maybach imitations) with certification as the decisive argument
- Link building — outreach to automotive press (Auto Express, Autocar, Top Gear) and luxury lifestyle publications
- Live reporting dashboard pulling real-time data from Google Ads and CRM — showing cost per enquiry, pipeline value and attributed revenue in one view
- Monthly strategy call — 60-minute review of performance, budget recommendations and adjustments for the following month
- Full conversion tracking — every phone call, form submission and configurator interaction tracked back to the specific keyword or content piece that generated it
What We’d Build for Senzati
Below is a structural preview of the dedicated landing page Alpha360 would design and build as part of the Growth System. Every section is engineered with a specific conversion purpose — from first impression through to enquiry submission. The page is built for Google Ads quality score, mobile performance and segment targeting, not just aesthetics.
Why Each Section Exists
From Signed Contract to First Qualified Enquiries
The first 90 days deliver the fastest possible path to qualified inbound enquiries while laying the foundations for long-term organic authority. Google Ads launches in week three — meaning Senzati can be appearing at position one for key commercial search terms within 21 days of signing.
What This Costs
The Alpha360 Growth System is priced as a single, transparent investment. No hidden fees, no per-campaign surcharges, no percentage-of-spend model. The retainer covers everything described in Chapter 6 — strategy, build, management, content, reporting and account access — for a fixed monthly fee.
| Item | What’s Included | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Setup Fee (one-off) | Account build, tracking, landing pages, CRM configuration, initial content, campaign launch | — | £12,500 + VAT |
| Alpha360 Retainer | All campaign management, SEO, 4 content pieces/month, CRM, reporting, monthly strategy call | £2,500 + VAT | £30,000 + VAT |
| Google Ads Budget | Paid directly to Google by client — fully client-controlled and adjustable at any time | £1,500–£2,500 | £18,000–£30,000 |
| Total Investment (mid ad spend) | Setup + retainer + £1,500/month ad spend | ~£4,000 | ~£60,500 + VAT |
Why Alpha360
We are not a generalist agency. We build complete revenue systems for established businesses with high contract values and underperforming digital presence. Senzati is precisely the type of business we exist to serve — exceptional product, credentialled team, significant market opportunity, and a digital gap that is costing them orders every single month.
We work with a small number of clients at any one time. We do not outsource strategy or account management. Mark Bennett works personally on every project. And we measure our success against one metric only: revenue attributable to the system we build.
- Discovery Call — 60 minutes to understand Senzati’s current sales process, enquiry handling, build pipeline, top buyer segments and any existing tracking or CRM infrastructure
- Proposal Refinement — following discovery, we refine budget recommendations, prioritise segment landing pages and agree the content calendar for months 1–3
- Contract & Onboarding — services agreement signed, credentials provided, onboarding questionnaire completed
- Build Begins — day one of the 90-day delivery plan commences. Google Ads live within 21 days of signing
