A simple, proven system
Your pitch is straightforward: “No upfront fee — £200/month including basic SEO and one blog per month.” We build and manage the site; you earn per sale.

- We build & manage everything. Design, hosting, updates, security, basic SEO, and a monthly blog.
- You get paid. Earn £200 upfront for every new client plus 10% of their monthly fees (core plan and any add-ons).
What you’ll sell
Professional website design & build (no upfront), hosting, updates & security, basic SEO setup & ongoing optimisation, 1 blog per month (written & uploaded), Google indexing & sitemap submission, ongoing support.
Your commission: £200 upfront + £20/month (10%) on the core plan, paid while the client remains active.
- SEO Growth Plan — +£150/month
- Social Media Management — +£200/month
- Google Ads Management — +£300/month (ad spend separate)
- Email Marketing — +£100/month
You also earn 10% monthly on any add-ons the client chooses.

- 20 clients → £4,000 upfront + £400/mo
With natural upsells
Example: 10 clients average an extra £250/mo in add-ons each → total spend £450/mo per client.
- Your commission = £2,000 upfront + 10% of £4,500 = £450/mo
Commission is paid monthly while the client remains active. We recommend a 6-month minimum term and reserve a 3-month clawback if a client cancels within the first 90 days.
